Re:      Blackjack™ E-RACK™ Now Ships with Windows® USB Recovery Drive

DW^® announces an important addition to the standard accessories that come with Blackjack E-RACK enterprise network video recorders with Windows OS.

To simplify the recovery process for Windows-based Blackjack E-RACK models, DW^® now includes a USB recovery drive for Windows OS. With this USB recovery media device, users in the field will be able to reset the OS to its factory defaults if needed. The E-RACK will boot from the recovery drive and provide step by step instructions to restore the system, often avoiding the need to reformat the hard drive. Using the USB Recovery Drive vs. a Recovery DVD greatly speeds up the reset process, taking as little as 10 minutes.

The USB recovery drive ships with Blackjack E-RACK NVRs built on 9/18/2015 or later.
